UnionStudio Yoga is offering a new six week introductory course with Taisha Weber and Trish MacNeil.

Preconceived notions that yoga is only for the ultra-flexible, or those with superior strength and balance often keep people away. Yoga, however, is a non-competitive practice that helps build self-awareness and well-being for participants at all levels, and this beginners series is a great way to get started!

Beginner Pranayama with Trish MacNeil (Owner/Co-Founder)
Saturday, Nov 8th from 1:00PM - 3:00PM

Likewise, in the West most of us are familiar with asana, or the physical postures of a yoga practice. But we can still go deeper and get more!
