At UnionStudio Yoga we are aspiring to bring together a variety of class offerings, yoga styles, and individual and group workshops to support the differing needs and lifestyles of our students.

Located in the Tactician Building beside the quietly flowing Shawsheen river, UnionStudio Yoga is a place to find peace and learn to create strength and calmness within. Students of all ages and experience will find an opportunity to live a more balanced life in a stronger body and with a clear mind.

Centrally located with plenty of off-street parking, UnionStudio is a beautiful place to learn and practice yoga.

MBSR originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 is a highly structured, comprehensive and highly engaging program focused on the development of deep inner resources for coping with everyday life.
