At UnionStudio Yoga we are aspiring to bring together a variety of class offerings, yoga styles, and individual and group workshops to support the differing needs and lifestyles of our students.

Located in the Tactician Building beside the quietly flowing Shawsheen river, UnionStudio Yoga is a place to find peace and learn to create strength and calmness within. Students of all ages and experience will find an opportunity to live a more balanced life in a stronger body and with a clear mind.

Centrally located with plenty of off-street parking, UnionStudio is a beautiful place to learn and practice yoga.

Introduction to Mindfulness with Carole Legro

We take the breath so much for granted, unless of course you have a bad cold or canít breathe for one reason or another. Then all of a sudden, the breath becomes the only thing in the world you are interested in. Fact is, in every moment, we are being breathed! Breath is with us all the time, so it is a great "first object of attention" to study mindfulness and to come into the present moment.

6 Week Beginner Series with Trish MacNeil

UnionStudio Yoga is offering a new six week introductory course with Taisha Weber and Trish MacNeil.

Series begins September 20th. Beginning a yoga practice can be intimidating and overwhelming. Preconceived notions that yoga is only for the ultra-flexible, or those with superior strength and balance often keep people away. Yoga, however, is a non-competitive practice that helps build self-awareness and well-being for participants at all levels, and this beginners series is a great way to get started!

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Carole Legro
Saturdays, Jan 17th thru Mar 14th from 9:00AM - 11:30AM
From the internationally acclaimed program at the University of Massachusetts Medical Schools' Center for Mindfulness. UnionStudio Yoga presents: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

MBSR originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 is a highly strctured, Comprehensive and highly engaging program that takes the form of eight weekly two and one half hour classes, and one all day retreat.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Now that the winter weather has set in, we want to make everyone aware of our class cancellation policy. As a general rule, morning classes will be canceled if the Andover Public Schools are closed for weather related issues, however afternoon classes may be held. The studio voice message will be updated at least 1 hour before classes start. On days where weather may be a factor, please phone the studio at 978-886-7944.
