At UnionStudio Yoga we are aspiring to bring together a variety of class offerings, yoga styles, and individual and group workshops to support the differing needs and lifestyles of our students.

Located in the Tactician Building beside the quietly flowing Shawsheen river, UnionStudio Yoga is a place to find peace and learn to create strength and calmness within. Students of all ages and experience will find an opportunity to live a more balanced life in a stronger body and with a clear mind.

Centrally located with plenty of off-street parking, UnionStudio is a beautiful place to learn and practice yoga.

Springtime Therapeutic Workshop - Clearing the Meridians Through Asana
Sat Afternoon, May 18th 4:00PM - 6:00PM

Springtime invites cleansing the liver and gallbladder, which do many helpful things for our health including: filtering toxins from the external environment and food, aiding in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, and helping the breakdown of fats in the body. These organs tend to become overloaded in the winter with extra socializing, large meals, decreased exercise, and not enough rest.

The sequence of poses is designed to facilitate the balance of chi through the meridians related to liver/gallbaldder health.

Come enjoy the ease an peace of a Therapeutic Yoga pratice. HOnor the wisdom of the body in its cultivation of health through yoga.

Partner Yoga Workshop
Sat Evening, June 1st 4:00PM - 6:00PM

Get connected and de-stress with your friend or family member while giving to good cause!

This workshop will start with a short slow vinyasa warm-up and then move into partner stretching and Thai yoga massage, teaching you how to safely stretch your muscles and release built up tension in the body. You and your partner will leave feeling renewed and learn skills to apply to your home practice.

Great for beginners and experienced yogis.
