At UnionStudio Yoga we are aspiring to bring together a variety of class offerings, yoga styles, and individual and group workshops to support the differing needs and lifestyles of our students.

Located in the Tactician Building beside the quietly flowing Shawsheen river, UnionStudio Yoga is a place to find peace and learn to create strength and calmness within. Students of all ages and experience will find an opportunity to live a more balanced life in a stronger body and with a clear mind.

Centrally located with plenty of off-street parking, UnionStudio is a beautiful place to learn and practice yoga.

Yin Yoga Workshop
Saturday, January 28th, 4:00PM-6:00PM

Only yin yoga provides a lasting stretch for the connective tissue where it interfaces with muscles throughout the body. This wonderful 2 hour Yin Yoga class will give your body the complete release it seeks particularly in the winter and greatly improve flexibility. Selected writings and music will facilitate an easeful state.


Therapeutic Yoga Workshop
Saturday, February 25th, 4:00-6:00PM

Experience near total physical, mental and emotional relief through this series of supported therapeutic poses.

A therapeutic practice activates the body's self-healing potential through relaxation. Come enjoy these gentle supported postures that are held for 10 minutes or more while Connie and Yoshi provide gentle adjustments and proper bolstering. Your body will release chronically tight muscles so that you may feel deeply rejuvenated.
