At UnionStudio Yoga we are aspiring to bring together a variety of class offerings, yoga styles, and individual and group workshops to support the differing needs and lifestyles of our students.

Located in the Tactician Building beside the quietly flowing Shawsheen river, UnionStudio Yoga is a place to find peace and learn to create strength and calmness within. Students of all ages and experience will find an opportunity to live a more balanced life in a stronger body and with a clear mind.

Centrally located with plenty of off-street parking, UnionStudio is a beautiful place to learn and practice yoga.

From the internationally acclaimed program at the University of Massachusetts Medical Schools' Center for Mindfulness. UnionStudio Yoga presents: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

MBSR originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 is a highly strctured, Comprehensive and highly engaging program that takes the form of eight weekly two and one half hour classes, and one all day retreat.

Lower back injuries and conditions affect an estimated 31 million Americans and are second only to the common cold as a reason for a visit to the doctor. If you think about all the work your lower back does throughout your day, every day, itís no wonder it's so vulnerable to injury and strain. But you don't need to feel helpless in the face of lower back pain. Yoga is a healing path that can both help relieve chronic lower back pain and build and sustain consistent lower back health.

Partner Assisted Stretching with Andrea Vallario

Join Andrea Vallario, Thai Yoga Practitioner, as you explore the blend of partner stretching and Thai Massage with your loved one. This playful 2 hour class will offer you the opportunity to better get to know our own and each other's physical bodies while learning how to give effective feel good hands on support and massage. The techniques of working along Sen and Meridian energy lines, finding acupressure points, Thai Massage will be used. We will also explore ways to support each other to allow for greater ease and enjoyment within our physical bodies.
