Instructor: Meghan Kelley Meghan Kelley comes to Union Studio Yoga with 7 years of self practice and 3 years of intensive studio training. Starting her career in the Financial Industry as an HR Manager, Meghan began practicing yoga as a way to de-stress and restore a sense of balance to her life.As her practice deepened, she fell in love with the extraordinary physical as well as mental benefits that yoga provides. Working on a daily basis with individuals who visibly displayed the toll that working in a fast paced environment can take, Meghan felt a strong desire to share the fruits that the practice of yoga offers. It was then that she decided to leave her career and devote herself to practicing, studying and ultimately teaching yoga.
Meghan has dedicated herself to Iyengar based yoga and places a strong emphasis on linking the breath with the movements of the body to calm the nervous system and center the mind. In addition to her yogic studies, Meghan has completed several meditation courses at the Cambridge Meditation Center.
