Strengthen & Restore increases your range of motion and joint mobility while helping to alleviate pain and reduce the effects of chronic stress. Classes are designed to balance gentle strengthening poses with a restorative practice that nourishes the immune system and promotes well-being. This class is appropriate for students seeking a very gentle, relaxing practice, as well as those with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions. Students with limitations or injuries will find this is a great starting place. No prior yoga experience required.

Instructor: Yoshiko Gray, RYT
Yoshiko Gray graduated with a degree in Physical Education in Japan where she taught aerobics, swimming and fitness at Central Fitness Club, a Japanese chain of fitness and health clubs. She has worked extensively as a personal trainer. Her continued studies include alternative medicine techniques such as Thai Yoga Body Work, Reflexology and Ayurvedic medicine.
Yoshiko began studying Yoga in the United States in 2002 and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in the Spring of 2009. She was trained in Hatha Yoga and studies the Iyengar Yoga system under Patricia Walden and Liz Owen.
