The Slow Vinyasa Flow practice allows for the body and breath to gain strength and flexibility as you delve deeply into a sequence of asanas. Through balanced and creative sequences, this class enables you to to explore your "edge" while building awareness of inner and outer alignment for enhanced standing poses, balances, twists and backbends. Slow Vinyasa Flow is a catalyst for moving with the breath and listening to our inner intelligence to ensure our practice is source of renewal and healing.
