Yin / Restorative
Wednesday at 7:00PM - 8:30PM The combination of Yin and Restorative Yoga teaches the body to surrender by allowing soft tissue to release, muscles to relax, minds to quiet and deepen physical openings. Yin emphasizes deep release with long holds which promote greater circulation of energy through the channels of the body. Restorative yoga is designed to give you an experience of relaxation and serenity using props to enhance your poses while stimulating and soothing the organs of your body and balancing your well-being. This quiet and contemplative yoga practice teaches your body when to be active and when to relax for increased performance, reduced stress and healing.

Instructor: Lauren Gray, RYT A student of Iyengar Yoga, Lauren is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a Certified Fitness Trainer with International Sports Science Assoc. Lauren teaches children and adult yoga to all levels of abilities. - go back to schedule
