UnionStudio Yoga offers private classes by appointment. These sessions provide an opportunity for students to work individually with a yoga teacher to create a practice that makes sense for their specific needs and level of experience.

UnionStudio Yoga offers private classes for individuals, families, groups and couples. Classes are offered at UnionStudio Yoga or off-site at your home or workplace.

Private yoga classes let you focus on what makes sense for you, at your own pace and can be helpful if:

• You are a beginner and want to get started in yoga at your own pace
• You are experienced, but want to reach the next level in your practice or work more in-depth on a specific asana (pose)
• You have injuries or health concerns that make class participation limiting*
• You want to work toward a specific goal such as increased flexibility, balance or strength; target problem areas like hamstrings, weak knees tight hips; or increase your mental focus in a particular activity
• You want to add yoga to your weight loss or fitness program
• You want to learn more about yourself by gaining awareness without judgment

*All injuries and/or health concerns must be documented with UnionStudio Yoga prior to class participation
