Instructor: Jenn Mosher
Jenn Mosher is a Registered Dietitian and holds a Masters of Education.
She has completed 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2006 and is currently enrolled in an Anusara teachers program.
Jenn embraced yoga and other spiritual practices as a wellspring for tapping into her own human potential. She is dedicated to helping her clients and student learn the benefits of living their yoga. "Through listening carefully to what your body is telling you and honoring the messages, yoga is transforming and healing."
Her passions other than yoga include; rock climbing, golf, gardening and cooking.
